Hi I have been working on a new Camel component for IronMQ. An elastic and durable hosted message queue service see http://www.iron.io/products/mq. Currently it only runs at AWS US East and Rackspace, but they are on the way to support other regions as well. Have also seen it as a addon at Heroku https://addons.heroku.com/ Featurewise it has some additional benefits when comparing SQS and IronMQ eg. FIFO.
The component features is 90% as the current aws-sqs component and can be found at https://github.com/pax95/camel-ironmq Is this something to include in the Camel ?
