Pushed to master but not to camel-2.14.x because the feature resolves correctly in that version. It turns out the problem came with an SMX Specs version upgrade 2.2.0 => 2.4.0.
BTW - SMX Specs 2.5.0 is out so we should upgrade to that on master.
