Enable the use of contextPath() parameter for netty4-http rest configuration
This will just prepend it to the path really but this should make drop in
replacement between different rest components (e.g. servlet) more seamless and
intuitive.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/askannon/camel feature/make_context_path_work
