Hi I would like if we could add a CONTRIBUTING.adoc file in the root of Apache Camel source code as that is a common way of providing such information to users, how they can contribute to the project.
Projects at github often do this, and also the github points users to this file. https://help.github.com/articles/setting-guidelines-for-repository-contributors/ We do have some information at http://camel.apache.org/contributing Which we can polish and add the good parts to this file.
