CAMEL-11209: Removed the additional dependency to caffeine Please find a proposal concerning [CAMEL-11209](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-11209). My understanding is that camel-core has its own private copy of caffeine packages. Would another component/starter depends upon caffeine, I think it should explicitly state this on its own. On my machine, `mvn clean install` succeeded in `platforms/spring-boot`. Please, let me know if more checks are needed.
