I am having issues with performing the release of Camel Spring Boot. The root cause of the issues is that Camel Spring Boot Tooling BOM does no longer extend from the parent. This was changes in this commit:

The error message during building the release looks as follows: === [INFO] [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-deploy-plugin:2.7:deploy (default-deploy) on project camel-spring-boot-bom: Deployment failed: repository element was not specified in the POM inside distributionManagement element or in -DaltDeploymentRepository=id::layout::url parameter -> [Help 1] === The motivation for this change as described in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-15428 is clear, but I wanted to discuss how we want to tackle the issue, e.g. adding a separate distributionManagement section?
