Hi

Okay so we have resolved all the JIRAs and are doing a PR to upgrade to
latest AWS client (they release almost every day).

I will do some more CS / RAT / dryRun to ensure the code base is in order.
The CI servers are also good, they have only 1-2 test random failures that
are flaky or rare and we improve them over time.
No consistent test errors.
