Dear Apache Camel PMC and Developer Community,

I am writing to appeal the denial of my recent ASF Jira account request
associated with the email [email protected]. I understand my initial
request was rejected due to an insufficient justification, and I apologize
for not providing adequate detail upfront.

I am a backend and distributed system engineer with strong, hands-on
experience in the Java ecosystem (including enterprise integration
patterns, Spring Boot, and cloud architectures). I actively contribute
across open-source and developer ecosystems, including contributions and
work involving WSO2, Apache, NVIDIA, and ThunderID.

I am requesting Jira access specifically to engage with Apache Camel's
issue tracker. My primary goals are to:

   - Track, reproduce, and report edge-case bugs encountered during
   integration workflows.
   - Pick up unresolved issues, assist with issue triaging, and link
tickets to incoming GitHub pull requests.
   - Collaborate closely with Camel maintainers on middleware and
   connector improvements.

To verify my background and active open-source activity, please find my
developer profiles below:

I would greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider creating my Jira
account so I can start participating directly in Camel's issue tracking and
development lifecycle.

Thank you for your time and for maintaining Apache Camel.

Best regards,

Hesanda Nimneth Liyanage
