Please refer to https://github.com/apache/carbondata/blob/master/docs/useful-tips-on-carbondata.md, for high cardinality columns, you can use script like TBLPROPERTIES ('DICTIONARY_EXCLUDE'='MSISDN') , not create dictionary.
