Fwd: [DISCUSS] Update CarbonData dependent library versions

Hi Community,

    The CarbonData project has not updated its dependency library versions
for a long time, which makes it hard to maintain in the future. So I
suggest we update  following library versions. Please feel free to add more
libraries to this list if you think it is required to update.
   - Thrift
   - Spark
   - Presto
   - Snappy
