Reproduce steps:
1.Run CarbonExample.scala in Intellij IDEA
2.Get result, but system can't normally end.
3.Run CarbonExample.scala again in Intellij IDEA, get the below errors:
FAILED [email protected]:4040: java.net.BindException: Address
already in use
java.net.BindException: Address already in use
need to manually stop it, then can run CarbonExample.scala again in Intellij
