question about dimColumnExecuterInfo.getFilterKeys()

when do filter query, I can see a filtered byte array.
Does filterValues always has order by the dictionary value? 
If not, which case it has no order. thanks 



 byte[][] filterValues = dimColumnExecuterInfo.getFilterKeys();
