I never see any JIRA update notifications on dev@cassandra.apache.org .... (In fact, there seems to be no automated dev notifications there.)
This may be by intent. If so, are the JIRA updates directed elsewhere? Is there another target e-mail alias? Sending JIRA notifications to an e-mail address (Apache Derby sends JIRA updates to its dev team) will unfold the updates as they happen in time, and there will be a quick summary in the subject line. (People will also get in the habit of conducting discussions related to work in the JIRA system.) Just wondering ... Regards, - m.
