Jumping in late. 1. WRT the initially missing asc and sum files. Adding them late this one time is ok, so long as the vote window stays open and previous votes are redone (which there were none)– the artefacts we're voting on might have changed just before the asc and sums were uploaded (though we can check that in the svn history).
2. There are binary files in the source artefact. test data is permitted. e.g. gradle-wrapper.jar needs to be removed. (removing the jar is fine, as the gradle wrapper will download it afresh). This also applies to cassandra-accord, cassandra-stress, and any other projects using gradle. (This also means we cannot ship dependency jar files in the source artefact.) 3. The source artefact is missing the `build.gradle` file at the top level. 4. Stefan, i see all the files in the binary artefact, under the lib/ folder.
