I consider this question a bit upsetting, to be honest. Assuming that
you now that Castor is an open source project, I guess you know that we
(committers) mostly invest our private (and as such unpaid) time into
developing mand maintaining a product, helping folks with issues through
mailing lists and Jira, etc.
As already pointed out numerous times, we cannot guarantee turn-around
times, simply because of what I have said above. If you need strcit
trun-around times and SLAs, please do sonider taking up professional
services, where you'll be paying us for keeping your requirements.
