With EntityIconAndTitlePanel we have tooltips made of 2 sections
# tooltip-title
# tooltip-body
(1) contains the friendly name of the domain object's type
(2) contains the description of the domain object's type
Situational, the title of an entity link might be hidden or abbreviated, in
which case we perhaps should add the full entity title to tooltip-body section.
