Goal:
Implement a server side search field for all tables.
Implementation idea:
With the new o.a.c.c.metamodel.tabular.simple.DataTable we should include
indexing and support generic search. Once we have that its a matter of wiring
it up with the interactive model DataTableInteractive and then with the Wicket
Viewer.
Special cases:
If data table decoration is active, the search field should be hidden.
