Fix For: 2.0.0-RC5
Tooltip text concatenates all editing vetoes, however we might only be
interested in the most significant one. E.g. 'Not Authorized.'
Also perhaps, when not Authorized, provide info which role is missing. (if
possible)
Also perhaps render the fa-ban icon less prominent: e.g. use CSS with color:
silver.
