Reopening, as I now found this can be reproduced with almost any tree when
experimenting with browser zoom. That is, the tree rendering may break or
correct itself simply by changing the browser zoom level. Or can perhaps also
be reproduced by changing the browser window width.
Could be an issue with Wicket, CSS or some of the JavaScript that is involved
here.
