There are 2 categories of actions, those that have no parameters and those that
have one or more parameters.
We'd like for the Wicket Viewer to automatically indicate actions that do have
one or more parameters, aka those that are bound to a dialog.
Idea is to indicate those via ellipsis suffix. (UTF8 character …)
And we should show an ellipsis for no-arg ARE_YOU_SURE also.
