Fix For: 3.4.0
* With Spring Boot 3.5 the spring-boot-parent module will no longer be
published.
* Spring Framework 7 will migrate to JSpecify annotations.
* We should perhaps replace/remove all Lombok annotations that leak via public
classes. (Perhaps start with applib modules. Also perhaps don't declare Lombok
dependencies transitive.)
