Join split implementation per CAY-820 resulted in
QueryAssembler/QueryAssemblerHelper refactoring that is not backwards
compatible. So I will be using this occasion to fully refactor
QueryAssembler/QueryAssemblerHelper and subclasses without deprecation. There's
lots of things we should cleanup, and now is a good chance. The classes are
really Cayenne "service provider interface", i.e. only those who write their
own DbAdapters are affected, but not the casual users.
