I just pushed some instructions on how to build and view the site. Let me know if they need adjustment.
Thinking more about svn publishing, we don't want to publish the whole project, only the contents of _site, so that needs more thinking. Note that I've done nothing about design (intentionally), but I pulled in bootstrap for some basic styling and CSS grid. The next things I want to work on: * the news posts aren't rendering properly * I added an element to create an automatically generated sidebar navigation, but it needs styling to display * I'd like to merge a few pages into one longer page (using scrollspy and anchors for navigation).
