Hi Yu, Thanks for sharing the statistics and drafted resolution for graduating Celeborn as TLP. From my perspective, the community has worked hard and met all the maturity criteria as outlined in [1]. It's time to move forward with the graduation process. Endorse that Keyong Zhou be the PMC chair.
