It has been a while since the 0.4.0 release, and there are some critical fixes land branch-0.4, for example, [CELEBORN-1252][FOLLOWUP] Fix Worker#computeResourceConsumption NullPointerException for userResourceConsumption that does not contain given userIdentifier. From my perspective, it’s time to prepare for releasing 0.4.1. WDYT? And I’m volunteering to be the release manager if no one has applied. Regards, Nicholas Jiang
