Hi Frank, there are in general no ready-to-use binaries available. But it is quite easy to compile Celix on your own. Take a look at either the webpage or at https://github.com/apache/celix/blob/master/BUILDING .
The memory footprint is obviously dependent on the used bundles, but the framework it self has a pretty small foot print: Running the hello_world example (including log service and shell) uses less than 100 KB memory heap. Hope that gives a little bit of impression.
