Event Admin & saying hi

Hello All,

Since I have some sparetime at work, no current project, I decided to  
do some work on the Event Admin. At the moment it is still turned off  
in the build process since it is unstable but it does compile and run  
without APR now. I will continue work on it in the coming weeks.

I have noticed that the documentation on the framework api functions  
is minimal (or I might have over looked it). I will start to do some  
work on this if needed.

Today and tomorrow I will try to take some issues from Jira and fix  
them as well.
