Adding this snippet fixes the issue, but the question is: do we have any
problems in depending on the JBoss repo?
(I don't see any as this is the whole purpose of maven allowing you to download
from many repo)
An alternative would be asking @infra to proxy
http://download.java.net/maven/1/ onto a maven2 repository on
repository.apache.org.
