Following further investigation I found that not only does the category need to
be defined in a file that also declares a symbol, that symbol needs to be used
by the library to get the category to load.
I've therefore moved the category to a new file CMISDictionaryUtil that defines
the category and also a class with a helper method that is then used elsewhere.
We can also use this class for any other dictionary related helpers.
