‘org.apache.chemistry.opencmis.tck.tests.crud.NameCharsetTest’ test creates a
document with ‘abc%_Pxyz’ name. And Workbench sends a request to get the
information of the object to the URL, which is similar to the following:

URL *is not encoded* in HTML notation in the Workbench. But server *tries* to
decode a URL from the HTML notation. And the decoding is performed in the
Apache code of the CMIS ATOMpub servlet:
