Description:
Create a Juju Charm for Chuckwa in order for users to:
do a one line install (juju quickstart bundle...)
have a one line upgrade (juju upgrade-charm)
instantly scale (juju add-unit)
instantly integrate with other charms like Hadoop, HBase, Hive, Logstash, etc.
(juju add-relation)
