Something is weird. I checked again today, and the tar ball structure is
correct.
chukwa-incubating-0.5.0.tar.gz is binary release which some Apache member ask
us to remove because we voted for source release only.
chukwa-incubating-src-0.5.0.tar.gz is the source release, which user needs to
manually run mvm clean package to compile the binary tarball.
I am able to download chukwa-incubating-src-0.5.0.tar.gz and recompile without
problem. Therefore, it is working as designed.
You may want to use backup site to download md5 sum file to ensure the file
that you downloaded is from official Apache mirror.
