The dcmtk 3.5.4 is wrapped up in our own .NET types. Our wrappers are located in the ClearCanvas.Dicom and ClearCanvas.Dicom.Network namespaces. Take a look at the ClearCanvas.Dicom.Network.DicomClient and ClearCanvas.Dicom.Network.DicomServer classes. Will you be working on client functionality or server functionality? Those are the respective starting points. To use these types in your own application, you will have to deploy the .NET assemblies, the referenced assemblies, as well as the actual lower-level wrappers for dcmtk, which are contained in ClearCanvas.Dicom.OffisWrapper.dll and OffisDcm.dll. Hope this helps and is a starting point. There are other users on this forum who have successfully used our wrappers as well, and hopefully they can also help you.
