    calcTemporalCorrelation from the old rcmet code is ported

    Hi everyone, 
    
    The added class 'calcTemporalCorrelation' can be used to calculate temporal 
correlation coefficients at each grid point between observational and model 
datasets. This is from the old rcmet.py. 

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/huikyole/climate CLIMATE-542

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/climate/pull/125.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:
