Lewis John McGibbney commented on CLIMATE-530:
----------------------------------------------

Hi [~kwhitehall], AFACT no OpenGrADS code is actually used within the mccsearch
branch, is this correct.
My understanding is that GrADS (http://www.iges.org/grads/gadoc/) and lats4D
(http://opengrads.org/doc/scripts/lats4d/)
have been installed on the system and the user can access them... this does not
require us to package any of the GPLv2.0 code within mccsearch.
Can you please try to confirm this for me?

Additionally, we should add that we use Networkx and LATS4D in the NOTICE as
we've done with may other libraries.

> Include license acknowledgment for all mccsearch dependencies
