Description:
This is related to CLIMATE-576, and may depend on CLIMATE-564.
Assuming that more than one file will be loaded at a time then there should be
a sanity check in that directory to ensure that all the files expected are
indeed there. This current implementation assumes that the filename will
contain the time.
