Lewis John McGibbney commented on CLIMATE-725:
----------------------------------------------
Hi [~huikyole], can you please create a new virtualenv or create an new VM and
try the following
{code}
pip install -i https://testpypi.python.org/pypi ocw
{code}
This will install the following ocw 1.1rc3 test package for you
https://testpypi.python.org/pypi/ocw
This package can be deleted from the test server any time we want. I have
tested it locally and can use OCW from within a Python session.
Let me know how you get on, once we can verify that everything is working, I
will augment the release documentation at
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/CLIMATE/Software+Release+Process#SoftwareReleaseProcess-PublishtoPyPi
> Ensure that OCW 1.1 Test PyPi Works as Expected

> that easy-to-install packing is a must for the 1.1 release.
> I completely agree.
> I am therefore going to set up a TestPyPI for us to test.
