Please do not merge this code [~huikyole]. We had a VERY unfortunate instance
where the PO.DAAC developers literally deprecated the entire Webservices API's
so we have been hurriedly re-implementing a lot of work to accommodate the new
Webservices API's.
The presence of the podaac dataset loader is harming no-one. We will push a fix
for this issue shortly rather than completely remove the code. Thanks for
reporting.
