Comment: was deleted
(was: Adding label_month=True stops the call to draw_time_series removes the
previous error. I suspect this comes from the odd dates that were being fed in
in order to simulate months in which the year is 1.

datetime.datetime(1, 11, 1, 0, 0) datetime.datetime(1, 12, 1, 0, 0)]
Now getting 13 graphs, one for each region, with 5 lines on each.
x tick labels are not appearing though.
