Michael Anderson commented on CLIMATE-478:
------------------------------------------
Is this to simply expand this to hours / min / sec or would this be also take
in second parameter to determine how many temporal units to make the bin
(something like monthly, 3 would make bins of 3 months starting at the first
date in the range)?
> dataset_processor.temporal_rebin function should support fine grain control

> Currently the temporal rebin function only allows temporal bin sizes:
> daily, monthly, annual, and full.
> Moving forward we will take in the temporal_resolution and create bins that
> match the resolution.
