The webservice that is used to expose parameters from JPL's Regional Climate
Model Evaluation Database (RCMED) has changed. The returned JSON has a
lowercased 'longname' instead of the previous version which was camelCase
'longName'.
This needs to be corrected so the Toolkit code will function properly.
