I like the idea of clearly labeling the 'approachable' or 'low hanging
fruit' (i would avoid words like simple or easy) type of work.

Here are some tags:

"Easy Pickings" - Totally taken from the Django Project
"Grasshopper" - You know like some Zen Kung Fu master apprentice type of
work

I really hope we get some other ideas because these two are pretty bad.
