New command line interface for RCMES will answer to all questions have been
asked in previous version of RCMES. Therefore, no more question will be asked
in the new version.
entering model and observation are two required items in the new version.
All other settings such as time, gridding options and boundaries will be set to
the default values and can be changed by user as well.
