There are 3 options available to the user:
1. Model
2. Observation
3. User specified
For 1 and 2 we can add checkboxes to each dataset's display region. This will
require adding an additional field to each dataset when it's added to the
dataset service. The user should only be able to check one datasets at a time.
For 3, this state should be "activated" when there are no datasets that the
user has selected. We need to grab values from the user for this. The backend
will need the bounding region that the user has selected (which we already
have) and the lat/lon grid steps. To get the steps we will show two sliders
that are bounded from (0, 180] for lat and (0, 360] for lon.
