Shakeh Khudikyan commented on CLIMATE-73:
-----------------------------------------

If we do remove the update button, we need to come up with a smart way of
handling incorrect parameters users might input. If we are instantaneously
updating the timeline and map, updating the visual components have to be taken
into consideration. Validation is a must! So I'm open to removing the update
button.

> The Update button in the UI is nearly useless. The user doesn't actually have
> to use the button at all so it ends up being confusing for the user. At this
> point we should just remove it and re-implement the functionality later in
> more correct format. We can evaluate valid user input after they stop
> inputting values instead of requiring that they push a specific button.
