Paul, No real rhyme or reason, I just copied it from the code base to show an example. I think Mike Joyce fixed it on the wiki now so it is consistent.
Chris, I thought about using that option and I chose bitly because I have a collection of links with stats about click throughs. I can tell you 10 people clicked it, 8 in the US and 1 in the UK and 1 in South Africa.
