Remaining Estimate: 4h (was: 0h)
Added 4 more hours to the Remaining Estimate. This should give time to check
for non-3D variables, and to pull out the dimensions we need to generate a
valid OCW Object. With more tests to catch edge cases and ensure the new
functionality is working as designed.
