What specifically? A large chunk of the tools for VMware/xen are upgraded drivers, which aren't necessary with Linux and already available for other operating systems. There's also the qemu-guest-agent which can be installed in the host to do things like write files from host to guest, but cloudstack doesn't have any functionality around that.
