I'd start by looking at: http://status.apache.org You'll see that thor, the machine that runs cwiki, is having issues. Nagios has of course alerted appropriate folks within infra. If you really need attention - please look at and follow this page: http://www.apache.org/dev/infra-contact You'll note that for outages - they only wish to receive reports if status.a.o isn't reporting the outage. They already have a monitoring system that reports outages, additional notification isn't likely to get things done any quicker. --David
