Chip pointed out that the Jenkins process for the release notes in 4.1 was failing, but it looks like a problem with the job rather than the actual docs being busted.
See ticket CLOUDSTACK-2007 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-2007). Can someone with Jenkins access/wizardry take a look at this?
